  1. All Sales Are Final
    Purchases of in-game currency, entry fees, and other services in Ludo Freak are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
  2. Accidental Purchases
    If you believe you’ve made an accidental purchase, contact us within 48 hours at

  3. Technical Issues
    In cases of double billing or failed delivery of purchased items, reach out promptly. Verified claims will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  4. Chargebacks
    Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support may lead to account suspension or termination. We encourage users to resolve issues with our team first.
  5. Dispute Resolution
    All refund disputes will be handled at the sole discretion of Shaurya Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. and in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies, where applicable.
  6. In-App Store Policies
    If the purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective refund policies may apply. Users are advised to consult platform-specific policies in such cases.
