Since Ludo Freak is a fully digital product offered by Shaurya Infosoft Pvt. Ltd., no physical goods are shipped. Below is our digital delivery policy:
Digital Goods Delivery
- Purchases of in-game currency and services are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
- Delivery status is reflected within your in-game account dashboard.
Transaction Confirmation
- All users receive an email confirmation of transactions completed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Transaction history can also be viewed under the “My Account” section in the app.
Failed Transactions
In case of failed delivery or technical errors, contact [email protected]. Resolutions will be processed within 7 business days.
No Physical Shipping
No tangible goods or physical items will be shipped as part of any transaction on Ludo Freak.
App Store & Play Store Compliance
