By using Ludo Freak, you agree to the following terms set by Shaurya Infosoft Pvt. Ltd.
Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older.
- Users must be legally allowed to participate in skill-based games with real-money stakes in their jurisdiction.
Account Responsibility
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Do not use multiple accounts to exploit game mechanics.
Fair Play & Conduct
- Cheating, collusion, use of bots, or exploiting bugs is prohibited.
- Violations may result in bans, forfeiture of balances, and legal action.
Real Money Transactions
- All deposits and withdrawals require KYC verification.
- Withdrawals may take up to 7 business days post-verification.
- Winnings are subject to applicable taxes and deductions per Indian laws.
Security Measures
- Transactions are secured via 256-bit encryption.
- Anti-fraud monitoring and anti-cheat systems are continuously in place.
Termination & Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deactivated.
Dispute Resolution
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
App Store & Google Play Compliance
Users are also bound by Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms and conditions where applicable.
